Branding
If you already have your own logo and business branding this is great. If you are a start-up business and still require a logo and branding, this is something I also provide as apart of this package.
I will design 5 different branding styles that suit your businesses needs for you to revise up to 3 times before selecting the perfect brand for you and your business structure.
The Process
Once I receive your inquiry form, I will email you an in detailed quote (unless you request to discuss over the phone, I get it, sometimes a phone call is easier!).
When you accept the offer and understand what I am providing you, I will arrange a phone call meeting, zoom meeting or in person meeting with you to ask all of the content strategy questions so I have a really good idea about your business goals. (This can take up to an hour so we will book a time that suits you, this process should be stress-free for you!).
After our initial meeting I will provide you with a tailored contract outlining my services and fees. Upon signing of your contract, you will receive an emailed copy to have on file. I will also provide an NDA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement) for you and me to sign, this will ensure the privacy of any sensitive information you share with me that is binding for life.
This is when I begin the design process and implement the content strategy (the magic!) and I get to get really creative and bring your brand and business to life online! This design process can take anywhere from 4 weeks - 6 weeks, depending on your business structure.
Once I have completed the design and development process, I will arrange an in-person meeting with you called “the handover meeting”. During this meeting I will show you the new website design and its functionality. During this meeting we can make any alterations (If any) you would like, don’t be shy! Afterall, this is YOUR business and brand and I want it to be perfect for YOU! We can revise the website design up to 3 times (3 separate meetings) until it is what you need.
When you are happy with everything, I will then offer in person training (3 hours Max) on the back end (behind the scenes) operations so you can learn how to navigate/update/operate the business online with ease and confidence. All designs I create with this in mind, so don’t worry, you will be a technical McGuyver in no time!
Once you are ready and feeling confident, we will launch your new website at a set date and time (On your own when you are ready or right then and there!).
Please note I will keep you updated with updates on the design process twice a week during my business operating hours (Mon-Fri) so you know progress is being made!
